High School Diploma (Bachelor Degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of related experience in Operations Management
Texas Driver’s License
In this role, the Manager in Training will be assigned to various divisions within the organization and required to function in all aspects of our business.
Assist in attaining all sales and revenue goals to include, monitoring daily sales and service performances.
Makes adjustments to achieve monthly budget goals and ensures compliance with all company policies.
This position requires a “can do” attitude, strong leadership traits and must be adept to work in a fast paced environment.
Must also be a Strong communicator and provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork.
